Will Trump divulge agencies and people who receive kickbacks tomorrow? I hear yes. Buy the popcorn just in case.

Love your writings.

So apparently the wife is also a federal employee. There may be more. I have read but not confirmed the following.

Their daughter is an employee with the Department of Education, and likely soon to become unemployed if the intentions of President Trump and discoveries of DOGE compel the President to do as he apparently intends.

A triple-dipper federal family? If indeed the Judge is removed for an absence of good Behavior. All three might land on the street.

Are we looking at a motive for malicious action? Could apparent partisan bias already be bad enough?

People like that deserve to be on the street, literally.

🙏🙏🙏🙏🤞🤞🤞🤞 I sure hope he does! He should also look into how to prosecute these judges for breaking the law.

Thank you Father God for intervening in the affairs of men. This could not be happening without the hand of God, and for brave people dedicating their lives for this most noble cause.

The storm will wipe away all corruption like tears in the rain.

But isn't the bottom line how are they to be punished and their crooked orders rescinded? There are not enough votes against them for impeachment AND conviction, especially considering that they would probably have to implicate members of congress whom they are protecting.

It doesn't say that impeachment is the only way to get rid of corrupt judges. Trump can summarily fire them. If they sue, they will lose. As this essay shows, they are hopelessly corrupt, riddled with conflicts of interest, and doing their part to continue the rampant fraud in our federal government.

I, too, would like to see them charged for their offenses.

From what I have read, a president cannot summarily fire a federal judge as he can executive branch officials. Only Congress or a higher court can remove a federal judge and that is done by the impeachment/trial/conviction process. This is why President Trump has said that he will have to appeal . He could refuse to obey the judges' order as Biden did in the case of the student loan cancellations, but Biden knew that the courts had no way to punish him. President Trump does not want to set bad examples, so he will appeal the rulings because an appeals court has significant power over a judge in an inferior court, as does the SCOTUS over judges in courts inferior to it. So you are right that impeachment is not the only way to get rid of corrupt judges, but the only other way as far as I can tell is using the appeals process, not suing. The main source of information for my comments is https://grok.com/

P.S. If there were a faster, legal way to get rid of crooked judges I would sure like to know what it is, and I am quite sure that President Trump would have already used it, since there can be no doubt that President Trump well knows the words "You're fired".

You make good points. The president is in charge of the executive branch. Congress created these lower courts so Congress can take them away too. That gives them fewer separation of powers complaints.

If you look at an org chart of the federal government, these lower courts fall under the Judicial Branch, which the Supreme Court sits at the top of. The Chief Justice is who appoints the secret FISA court judges (another lower court), so I imagine he could fire them too? But nobody on the planet should hold their breath waiting on John Roberts to do anything of the sort.

President Trump has already said he will go to an appeals court next and that court will have the power to overrule judges of lower courts and take disciplinary actions against the corrupt judges. What will actually happen remains to be seen. If the plaintiff (President Trump) does not get satisfaction he can and probably will go to a higher court, and so on until it could reach the SCOTUS. There re means to expedite appeals, but we will just have to wait and see what happens. There are means of bypassing lower courts in some cases.

I am immensely encouraged to read the coherent logic applied in this article. We are becoming much more than our individual parts. The legal mind must come to see it is not above others. Train yourselves carefully. It is a simple matter of how you READ written thought expressed in plain English. Whoever convinced lawyers it is a matter of 'interpretation' performed a great disservice, leading to structural confusion on Free Speech we find ourselves currently wrestling with. Why else insist on maintaining Latin concepts in Law, but to illustrate the stark difference between interpretation and readings? It is time we rid ourselves of such foolishness that leads to grave errors described here.

Love your work thus far!

To my mind, ‘The Cabal’ is a more fitting appellation… ‘

‘The Blob’ probably is a good descriptive for the full extent of control the Cabal wields through its influence, blackmail, propaganda, corruption, and spiritual deception. But I would posit that it is ‘inspired’, animated, and takes its orders from the Cabal.

May the Lord God bless, keep, and guide you!

What is the mechanism (other than impeachment) to remove a judge for "bad behavior?"

Expand full comment

Wondering that myself, especially given - as noted by Al Johnson in another comment - the votes for impeachment and conviction aren't there. Simply ignoring them would set a dangerous precedent and leave them in place, both setups for future trouble.

The appeals process is probably the only other practical way. See my reply to Jayne above.

The only other mechanism I can find is through the appeals process whereby a higher court can take action against a judge in an inferior court. See my reply to Jayne above.

Please help me out if you will. A question that I've been chewing on is, "In the first place do the judges have jurisdiction"? Another question is, "Is this being allowed to play out for exposer of the judges and others"? Thank you.

Question; who will hold these corrupt judges accountable? Who / what entity will remove them from their seat?

What DOGE is discovering and reporting on is great. For many days now we are finding out just how deep, and corrupted, the system is. Now what? Where is the accountability for those that committed the theft? What happens to Samantha Power that oversaw USAID?

Until there are perp walks I will not hold my breath that things will change. This may just be another 'in our face' showing us who are the 'haves' and the 'have nots'.

There must be indictments, trials, and jail time. For treasonous activity, there must be just punishment.
