We made a family project also titled Young Jesus … it’s a bit different from your drawings…you are quite an artist…my kids did the drawings for our book …
Is there a short version like there is of the first 3? I can't get 297 pages in a 6 page letter. Was so looking forward to sending parts 4 & 5 in my September letter (which is going out early.)
Purchased the series. Read book one today. No words, just beautiful. My granddaughter turned 5 today and is blessed with kindness and empathy. I will read this to her and I am sure it will resonate with her. As a child I always wondered why no one spoke of Jesus' childhood. Now you have, and I thank you.
“Isn’t this the carpenter’s son? Isn’t his mother’s name Mary ? and aren’t his brothers James, Joseph, Simon and Judas ? Mathew 13:55.. Aren’t his sisters with us ? Mark 6:3
Jesus was recognized to the folks of Nazareth.. A carpenter’s son.. Through the routine, mundane labors of life, shows us God can accomplish His miracles..
Yet.. believing God’s miracles in the mundane and familiar , raises doubts and questions amongst in the people of Nazareth.. Perceptions of others, familiar faces and knowing their background.. does it influence our faith ?? Are we much different ??
Philip found Nathanael and told him. “We have found the one Moses wrote about in the Law, and about whom the prophets also wrote.. Jesus of Nazareth.. the son of Joseph.. John 1:45
A pivotal moment reveals Jesus of Nazareth.. Philip identifies Jesus as the son of Joseph.. Earthly ties, yet Godly promises.. It anchors Jesus to an earthly location and life..He had to be REAL.. having a human life.. To believe the Messiah had come, was shown to come from Nazareth.. It identified Jesus.. His mission for all mankind.. His reason for “being on earth”..
We think of carpentry as common labor, hard work buts it’s also CRAFTSMANSHIP..
It’s Art.. It’s bringing to life a piece of wood.. for beauty.. for design and also for purpose.. Jesus learned the skills as a Child, but already knew its purpose..
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart.. as working for the Lord, not for human motives”.. Colossians 3:23
EKO ~ Thank you so much! A great gift you give us. I just purchased the bundle. First time in over 20 years I’ve paid for a book. You’ve earned it my friend. Looking forward to number 5. A special thanks from my partner for making the page background a pleasant linen color. An excellent choice, first class craftsmanship. It really helps our old tired eyes when reading on digital screens. Pure white backgrounds throw off a lot of glare and starts to hurt after the second page.
Thank you for this amazing and wonderful work. You have a unique and special gift. I included The Origin Collection in Crown Valley Quarterly. It is a small stage but you share it with some of the most talented authors, poets, artists and photographers who have brightened our path.
This is an inspired series of books. Thank you!

EKO, If we paid the $47 for the bundle, did we pre-order hard copy of the set?

Mary has ordered copies for God the Father, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. She thanks you for filling the Biblical record. Success to you. And peace.
Thank you, EKO! Love your work, and you!
You’re right to notice. Kids are drawn to big eyes for a reason—it’s wired in. The eye is where attention meets soul.
I chose this style because it makes the spirit visible. These aren’t just cartoon eyes. They’re open eyes. Seeing eyes.
Like Jesus said:
blessed are your eyes, for they see.
